We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children\u2019s Residential Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the home, including household duties, meal preparation, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including schools, healthcare professionals, and social services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
  • Have at least 12 months of experience working in a residential setting.
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
