As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing support and care to young people with complex needs, promoting their personal growth and development, and working closely with our multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support and care to each young person, promoting their personal growth and development.
- Travel with the young people, using our company car, to various activities and appointments.
- Complete care planning, task sheets, and meal preparation to ensure the smooth running of the home.
- Organise and facilitate social activities, maintaining a nurturing home environment.
- Liaise with external stakeholders and our own multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for the young people.
- A full UK driving licence.
- A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
- 12 months experience working in a residential setting, desirable.
