About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childrens Residential Support Worker to join our team at the CareTech Group. As a key member of our residential care team, you will provide high-quality support and care to young people with complex needs, helping them to achieve their personal best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support and care to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Contribute to a safe and nurturing environment, maintaining a clean and organized living space.
  • Engage in activities and outings with young people, promoting their participation and inclusion.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure seamless care and support.

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving license.
  • 12 months experience working in a residential setting, desirable.
