We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childrens Residential Support Worker to join our team at the Cambian Group. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support and care to young people with complex needs.
About the Role:
- Provide individualized support and care to young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
- Encourage and support young people to participate in educational and recreational activities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, families, and external stakeholders
- Contribute to a safe and nurturing home environment
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £11.92 per hour, with an additional £30.00 sleep-in rate
- A comprehensive induction program and ongoing training and development opportunities
- A supportive and collaborative team environment
- A range of benefits, including a £500-£1,000 sign-up bonus, £1000 refer-a-friend bonus, and uncapped sleep-in rates
Requirements:
- A full UK driving license
- 12 months experience working in a residential setting (desirable)
