Job Title: Childrens Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childrens Residential Support Worker to join our team at the Cambian Group. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support and care to young people with complex needs.

About the Role:

  • Provide individualized support and care to young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Encourage and support young people to participate in educational and recreational activities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, families, and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to a safe and nurturing home environment

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £11.92 per hour, with an additional £30.00 sleep-in rate
  • A comprehensive induction program and ongoing training and development opportunities

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving license
