About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childrens Residential Support Worker to join our team at the Cambian Group. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support and care to young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support and care to each young person, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Encourage and support young people in their educational and personal development goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.

Requirements:

  • Hold a full UK driving license.
  • Have at least 12 months of experience working in a residential setting (desirable).
  • Be able to work a varied shift pattern, including sleep-ins and weekends.
