About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childrens Residential Support Worker to join our team at the Cambian Group. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support and care to young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and care to each young person, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning, to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Encourage and support young people in their educational and personal development, including travel and social activities.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including clinicians and other professionals, to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required, to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.

Requirements
  • A full UK driving license.
  • 12 months experience working in a residential setting, desirable.
