We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childrens Residential Support Worker to join our team at the Cambian Group. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support and care to young people with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support and care to each young person, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning.
- Encourage and support young people in their educational and personal development.
- Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each young person.
- Participate in social activities and outings, promoting a sense of community and social inclusion.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £11.92 per hour, with an additional £30.00 sleep-in rate.
- A comprehensive induction program, including training and clinical supervision.
- Ongoing professional development opportunities, including diplomas and management development programs.

Requirements:
- A full UK driving license.
