About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker at Bright Futures Care Ltd. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to adults with autism and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
  • Assist with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Support individuals to access education, training, and leisure activities in the local community.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience is necessary, as full training and induction are provided.
  • A driver's license is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
