Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
- Assist with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Support individuals to access education, training, and leisure activities in the local community.
Requirements:
- No prior experience is necessary, as full training and induction are provided.
- A driver's license is an advantage, but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
