Hours:
38 hours per week

Salary:
£24,909 - £27,317 per year (pro rata)

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Secure Care Worker. As a Secure Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to young people in a residential setting. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our residents, while also promoting their independence and self-esteem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support and care to young people, including assistance with daily living tasks, education, and leisure activities.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all residents.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
