Job Title: Compliance PPM Contract Manager

Thrive SW is seeking a highly skilled Compliance PPM Contract Manager to join our team in the Wiltshire area. As a key member of our Facilities Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.


Job Summary:

We are looking for a Contract Manager with a strong background in Compliance and PPM to manage our contracts and ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage our Quality Management System (QMS) and documentation system
  • Develop and implement an audit program to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Manage and maintain our CAFM system, including Job Logic
  • Coordinate internal audits and compliance processes, including RAM's
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance-related issues
  • Manage client debt and ensure timely payment
  • Review and update internal processes and SOP's as needed
  • Perform frequent audits of FM-controlled areas
  • Provide out-of-hours support to the on-call team via escalation process
  • Manage compliance and maintenance sub-contractors

Requirements:
  • Formal Mechanical or Electrical background
  • Nebosh General Professional Membership (desirable)
  • Any professional Health, Safety, Compliance, or FM qualification
