Job Title: Compliance Contract Manager

Thrive SW is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Contract Manager to join our team in the Wiltshire area. As a key member of our facilities services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our contracts, managing compliance and maintenance processes, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage audit programs, conducting regular audits with customers and surveyors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and coordinate internal audit and compliance processes, including RAMs, and provide practical advice to staff on compliance-related issues.
  • Identify training needs and provide guidance on compliance guidelines to ensure staff are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Oversee client debt management and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
  • Manage compliance and maintenance sub-contractors, ensuring they meet the required standards.
Requirements:
  • Formal mechanical or electrical background, with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Nebosh General Professional Membership or equivalent qualification.
  • Any professional Health, Safety, Compliance, or FM qualification.
