Job Title: Compliance Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Contract Manager to join our team in the Wiltshire area. As a Compliance Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the service delivery of the contract, dealing with both the client and engineering workforce on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation of audit program and conducting HS / QA audits with the customer and Surveyors.
  • Good IT Skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Keeping internal databases up to date.
  • Accredited courses such as NEBOSH General and Internal Auditor training supplemented by experience gained while working in a similar position.
  • Coordinating all internal audit and compliance processes (i.e. RAM's), monitor the progression of recommended actions, and provide practical advice to all staff on compliance-related issues.
  • Identify where training on compliance guidelines is required.
  • Client Debt management.
  • Managing compliance and maintenance sub-contractors.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Formal Mechanical or Electrical background.
  • Nebosh general Professional Membership - desirable.
  • Any professional Health, Safety, Compliance or FM qualification.
