Highly Skilled 2nd Line IT Support Engineer

Job Overview:
In Technology Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the IT team, you will be responsible for providing top-tier support to a diverse range of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on various client-based projects to resolve complex technical issues.
- Site visits, audit new customers, and suggest recommendations to improve their IT systems.
- Diagnose software and hardware faults, and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Provide helpdesk support for AV, phone, and hardware issues, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
- Extensive use of Office 365 package.
- Knowledge on firewall, networking/security procedures, routing & switches.
- Understanding of Network protocols - DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, WAN, LAN.
- Experience with virtualisation - Hyper-V / VMWare / Citrix etc.
- Fantastic communication skills, confident talking with seniors.
- Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.
- Great team player, happy to help each other out.
