Express Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency in the East Midlands, supporting various industries since 1987. We are currently working with a well-established MSP firm based in Northwest Leicestershire, seeking an experienced professional to manage client relationships and expand their clientele.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, including further developing relationships and providing consultative support to ensure high retention and net revenue growth. In return, you can expect a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, plus an uncapped commission structure with estimated earnings of up to £50,000-£60,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and build relationships with clients, developing a deep understanding of their business models
  • Develop new sales pipelines through generating leads, cold calling, and networking
  • Occasionally travel to face-to-face meetings, including client offices, events, and conferences
  • Provide clients and prospects with detailed proposals, product demonstrations, and consultations
  • Handle internal administration, including updating the CRM, providing monthly reports, and sales pipeline forecasting

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role in an IT MSP environment, selling hardware/technical/telecom support
  • Rounded software and hardware knowledge, including cloud systems, Microsoft Office 365, and network technologies
  • Target-oriented with the ability to tailor technical solutions for specific client requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner
  • Full UK driving licence essential
