About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Coordinator to join our team at Hammersmith & Fulham Council. As a key member of our Environment Department, you will play a crucial role in devising, coordinating, and implementing action plans to investigate and resolve allocated cases of anti-social behaviour, hate-based harassment, and cuckooing across the borough.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Devising and implementing action plans to investigate and resolve allocated cases of anti-social behaviour, hate-based harassment, and cuckooing.
  • Maintaining regular victim support within set timescales.
  • Working closely with Area Housing Office staff and managers to ensure they are kept informed of progress and developments in cases.
  • Coordinating action plans with relevant agencies to safeguard victims' safety and identify perpetrator cohorts.
  • Presenting and leading case discussions and high-risk case reviews at the monthly Cuckooing Risk Panel.
  • Devising and implementing action plans to prevent anti-social behaviour and divert individuals into constructive activities.
  • Liaising with relevant partners to ensure safeguarding referrals and practices are implemented in accordance with relevant legislation.

Requirements:

  • A relevant degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a Housing or Community Safety environment.
