About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Anti-Social Behaviour Coordinator. As a key member of our Environment Department, you will play a crucial role in devising, coordinating, and implementing action plans to investigate and resolve allocated cases of anti-social behaviour, hate-based harassment, and cuckooing across the borough.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective action plans to address anti-social behaviour and hate-based harassment cases
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders, including Area Housing Office staff and managers, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Conduct regular victim support and risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of those affected
  • Present and lead case discussions at the monthly Cuckooing Risk Panel
  • Collaborate with staff from Area Housing Offices and other landlords to prevent anti-social behaviour and divert individuals into constructive activities
Requirements
  • Relevant degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a Housing or Community Safety environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
