Law Enforcement Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Law Enforcement Officer to join our team at Hammersmith & Fulham Council. As a dual badged Law Enforcement Officer and Civil Enforcement Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining public safety and enforcing laws and regulations in our borough.
Key Responsibilities:
- To undertake relevant duties as a dual badged Law Enforcement Officer and Civil Enforcement Officer, including patrolling the borough, investigating crimes, and enforcing laws and regulations.
- To work closely with the police, fire, and other statutory partners to prevent and tackle crime and disorder, anti-social behaviour, nuisance, environmental issues, and traffic offences.
- To investigate and respond to Members Enquires, service requests, complaints, and related taskings, and to work with the police and other agencies to resolve issues.
- To maintain high standards of service delivery to residents, businesses, and others, delivering timely and professional responses, updates, and communications.
- To ensure that file records, case files, and computerised data recording systems are entered and maintained to a high standard, in accordance with Service instructions/requirements.
Requirements:
- Possession of a current and valid Community Safety Accreditation Scheme (CSAS) certificate is welcome. If not held, CSAS security checks will be undertaken during mobilisation, and the passing of CSAS will be required during the first six months of probation period.
- Full current manual driving license (provisional driving licences will not be accepted).
