Anti-Social Behaviour Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Anti-Social Behaviour Coordinator. As a key member of our Environment Department, you will play a crucial role in devising, coordinating, and implementing action plans to investigate and resolve allocated cases of anti-social behaviour, hate-based harassment, and cuckooing across the borough.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective strategies to prevent anti-social behaviour and divert individuals from engaging in such activities.
- Work closely with Area Housing Office staff and managers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration on ASB cases.
- Coordinate action plans with relevant stakeholders, including landlords and other agencies, to address cuckooing-related cases.
- Provide regular support to victims of anti-social behaviour, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Present and lead discussions at the monthly Cuckooing Risk Panel, reviewing high-risk cases and new referrals.
- A relevant degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a Housing or Community Safety environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
