Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction and Land Surveyor to join our team as a Tender Engineer. As a Tender Engineer, you will be responsible for reviewing tender opportunities, compiling tender responses, cost estimating, and contributing directly to the continued commercial growth and development of our international marine team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review tender opportunities and compile tender responses
  • Conduct cost estimating and provide accurate and timely tender submissions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through high-quality and timely tender responses
  • Support the Project Manager with day-to-day organization of commercial tendering activities, company management forms, company databases, and management reports
  • Provide industry intelligence from the tender process to inform commercial decision-making and company strategy

Requirements:

  • Relevant industry experience in a similar role
  • Relevant degree within hydrography, geophysics, marine science, oceanography, or environmental field
  • Surveyor/Geophysicist/Oceanographer looking for a transition to tendering/commercial role
  • Good verbal and written English language skills
  • High attention to detail, quality, and safety
