About this role:

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as the Director of Programme Performance. This role is pivotal in leading a team responsible for the design, implementation, and management of monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) systems.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop performance indicators and data pipelines that inform organisational and programmatic key results.
  • Collaborate with the Data Science and Technical Knowledge teams to design and refine performance indicators, implement monitoring frameworks, and develop data flows that align with our strategic goals.
  • Oversee the integration of community feedback, fostering continuous learning, and ensuring that programmatic data informs adaptive management.
  • Lead a team responsible for the design, implementation, and management of MEL systems.

Blue Ventures is a marine conservation organization that puts people first. We support coastal fishers in remote and rural communities to rebuild fisheries, restore ocean life and build lasting pathways to prosperity.

Requirements:

  • Ability to develop performance indicators and data pipelines that inform organisational and programmatic key results.
