About the Role
Citrus Recruit is excited to be recruiting for a Business Development Executive in a hyper-growth company. In this role, you will proactively engage with potential new customers, follow up on warm leads, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
This is a hybrid role where you must be able to travel to the company's location once a week. If you have a strong background in outbound B2B sales, a consultative approach to selling, and a track record of exceeding sales targets, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage with potential new customers through outbound sales efforts.
- Follow up on warm inbound leads, build relationships with customers using a consultative approach.
- Handle a high volume of sales interactions, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats.
- Offer tailored solutions to meet clients' needs after understanding what they are looking for.
- Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Experience in an outbound B2B sales role.
- Proven track record of delivering the full sales cycle, including closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Experience using a consultative approach to understand and sell to customers.
- Self-motivated, agile, and open to change.
What We Offer
- Salary of £27,000.
- Uncapped commission.
- 23 days + BH.
- 2 wellness days per year.
