Citrus Recruit Ltd is seeking a Business Development Executive

We are excited to be recruiting for a Business Development Executive in Bridgend for a hyper growth company.

In this role, you will proactively engage with potential new customers, follow up on warm leads, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

This is a hybrid role where you must be able to travel to Bridgend once a week on a Tuesday.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • Strong background in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
