Salary

We offer a highly competitive salary plus bonus linked to company performance. The estimated annual salary for this role is £80,000 - £100,000, depending on experience.

Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious business offering long-term challenge and career development. Your main purpose will be to lead a high-performing team of L&D specialists in the delivery of digital learning interventions. You will work closely with the UX and Technology Solutions team to manage a portfolio of learning projects across multiple business units.

  • You will lead a team of experts to develop varied portfolios of learning programmes using all available learning mediums.
  • You will support the Client Experience Manager and Business Development Lead in developing engaging proposals and statements of work.
  • You will drive a blended learning strategy to maximise learning efficiency through effective pedagogy practices.
  • You will utilise measurement and evaluation tools to drive high engagement across the global user base.
  • You will establish a customer-centric mindset with regards to digital learning.
  • You will manage a portfolio of learning projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and in line with governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and implementing a blended learning strategy to enhance employee engagement and organisational performance.
  2. Leading a team of learning professionals to design and deliver high-quality learning interventions.
  3. Collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.
  4. Utilising data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes and inform future strategy.
  5. Maintaining a strong focus on quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
  • Experience in designing and delivering blended learning programmes.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
