Strategic Growth Partnerships Lead

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team on a hybrid basis. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with strategic broker partners, driving business growth across Commercial Lines P&L's within their geographical region.
- Implement and develop 3-year broker account plans, involving stakeholders from marketing, sales, operations, claims, and underwriting teams, to ensure RSA achieves its service and performance targets.
- Manage the overall sales pipeline across all Commercial P&L's for each broker, ensuring RSA meets its operational plan.
- Identify, plan, and win major strategic development opportunities for the broker panel.
This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled BDM or Development Underwriter looking to transition into a Business Development role. As a member of our team, you will have access to continuous learning and development opportunities, working alongside a diverse and passionate community of experts.
About the Role:We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
