We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Programme Lead to join our team, taking responsibility for overseeing cross-functional projects and guiding them through their lifecycle. This role will act as the strategic bridge between our clients and technical teams, ensuring smooth collaboration, clear communication, and timely delivery.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams. They will be able to manage and deliver complex projects on time, within scope, and within budget, ensuring clear and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BOLT Updates: Lead weekly updates for the Business Operations Leadership Team, presenting key performance indicators, tracking group successes, and discussing challenges to drive continuous improvement.
  • Capacity Planning: Proactively manage and forecast resource requirements, aligning team capacity with the project pipeline to ensure timely delivery and optimal utilisation of resources.
  • Project/Programme Governance & Reporting: Ensure robust governance of projects and programmes, maintaining clear communication, adhering to timelines, and providing accurate progress and risk reports.
  • Resource Management: Manage resource allocation across projects, optimising team capabilities and balancing workloads to meet business objectives efficiently.
  • Mentorship & Career Development: Offer guidance and mentorship in areas of expertise, supporting team members' growth and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
