As a Client Success Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering successful projects and building strong relationships with our clients.

About the Role
This is a senior position within our team, requiring a high level of experience and expertise in digital product management. You will work closely with our Directors to make key decisions that impact the success of both our company and our clients' businesses. Your primary responsibility will be to advise and interface with clients to understand their objectives and work with them to deliver projects that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients, and possess a strong understanding of commercially focused strategic advice, innovation, UX, and UI.
