About the Role:
As a Director of Client Success at Real Chemistry, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results for our clients. This role requires a strong strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills. You will work closely with our team to develop and execute innovative solutions that drive business growth and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
- Manage financial aspects of client accounts, including budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., science, marketing)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of global markets and industry regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Salary Range: £80,000 - £110,000 per year
