Role Overview

As an Emergency Contact Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with members of the public from diverse backgrounds and ages, providing support and assistance in a variety of situations.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must be aged 18 or over and have lived in the UK for three continuous years prior to application.

Benefits

The starting salary for this position is £28,302, with the potential for an unsociable hours shift allowance. The department offers 25 days of annual leave, rising to 30 days depending on length of service, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities.
