About the Role:
We are seeking a confident and friendly individual to engage children, oversee the development of your key children, and assist with the day-to-day running of the classes in our Baby Room setting.
Responsibilities:
- Engage children in learning and help them develop and learn new skills and independence
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the classes, supporting the children and using your initiative to help them succeed
- Build a relationship with staff, children, and their family
Requirements:
- Level 3 Qualification deemed full and relevant within Early Years
- Previous experience and good knowledge of EYFS
- Experience as or willingness to learn to be a key person with daily contact with children's parents
