About the Role:
Randstad Education is seeking compassionate and enthusiastic professionals to support young children's early learning and development in our partner nurseries and schools across Lewes. In this role, you will help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily nursery activities, including play, learning, and meal times.
• Help plan and deliver activities supporting children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual growth.
• Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children in your care.
• Build positive relationships with children, encouraging their confidence and independence.
• Work collaboratively with nursery staff and teachers to foster a supportive and inclusive environment.

Requirements:
• Experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting is highly desirable.
• Caring, patient, and nurturing approach to supporting children's development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework is advantageous.
• Relevant childcare qualifications (such as NVQ Level 2 or 3) are beneficial but not essential.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
