Job Title: Operational Clinical Service Lead

Salary:

£62,505 - £78,895 per annum

Job Description:

The role of the Operational Clinical Service Lead will be to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of patient care within the Neighbourhood Care Group.

You will be responsible for identifying and implementing initiatives to improve services, with delegated responsibility from the Head of Clinical Services, and lead designated projects to ensure key performance targets (clinical, operational and financial) are met.

The post holder will work closely with the Clinical Leads to ensure a high standard of patient care is delivered within the portfolio.

  • Manage and lead a team of clinical staff
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Recognised qualifications to degree level or equivalent
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
  • Up-to-date knowledge of modern service delivery and national plans for health and social care
  • Budget management skills
  • Understanding of project management methodology and approaches
