Project Management Tutor

Options Resourcing Limited is seeking an experienced Project Management Tutor to join their team. As a Project Management Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to learners, supporting them to achieve their goals and develop their skills in project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training and assessment to learners on Project Management Level 4 and short courses
- Support learners to develop their Essential Skills in Digital Literacy and Numeracy
- Manage a caseload of learners, providing guidance and support throughout their Apprenticeship
- Plan and deliver effective training and assessment based on individual learner needs
- Develop a professional mentorship relationship with learners, providing information, advice, and guidance as required
Requirements:
- Hold or be willing to work towards an Assessor award
- Hold a Project Management related qualification, such as PRINCE2, APM, or similar
- Have solid occupational competency in Project Management, with a minimum of 3 years' experience of managing projects
- Ideal experience of Assessing Project Management
- Confident with Maths, English, and IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate a clear commitment to achieving results and improving performance
This is a great opportunity to join a niche team and provide high-quality training and assessment to learners. You will be required to deliver onsite workshops once a month at the training centre in West Berkshire and travel to learners as needed.
