Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver APM L4 Associate Project Manager Apprenticeships and Short Courses to Commercial Partners
  • Support learners to achieve Essential Skills in Digital Literacy and Numeracy
  • Lead informal discussions and exploration of latest trends and sharing experiences
  • Manage a caseload of learners, supporting them online and in person throughout their Apprenticeship, through to end-point assessment
  • Plan and deliver effective training and assessment based on individual learner needs
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress
  • Support, advise, and motivate learners
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs
  • Develop a professional 'mentor' relationship with learners, giving appropriate information, advice, and guidance as required
Requirements:
  • Hold or willing to work towards an Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA, or TAQA
  • Must hold Project Management related qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, or similar Project Management qualification
  • Must hold solid occupational competency in Project Management – min 3 years proven experience of managing projects
  • Ideally have experience of Assessing Project Management
  • Must be confident with Maths, English, and IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrate a clear commitment to achieving results and improving performance
  • Promote and model the highest standards of professional conduct, ethics, and trust

This is a great opportunity to join a niche team and provide both remote and face-to-face delivery of Project Management qualifications. You will be required to deliver onsite workshops once a month at their training centre in West Berkshire and travel will be required to learners.
