Project Management Tutor

Options Resourcing Limited is seeking an experienced Project Management Tutor to join their team. As a Project Management Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to learners, ensuring they achieve their goals and develop the skills needed to succeed in their careers.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver APM L4 Associate Project Manager Apprenticeships and Short Courses to Commercial Partners
- Support learners to achieve Essential Skills in Digital Literacy and Numeracy
- Lead informal discussions and exploration of latest trends and sharing experiences
- Manage a caseload of learners, supporting them online and in person throughout their Apprenticeship, through to end-point assessment
- Plan and deliver effective training and assessment based on individual learner needs
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress
- Support, advise, and motivate learners
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs
- Develop a professional 'mentor' relationship with learners, giving appropriate information, advice, and guidance as required
- Hold or willing to work towards an Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA, or TAQA
- Must hold Project Management related qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, or similar Project Management qualification
- Must hold solid occupational competency in Project Management – min 3 years proven experience of managing projects
- Ideally have experience of Assessing Project Management
- Must be confident with Maths, English, and IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate a clear commitment to achieving results and improving performance
- Promote and model the highest standards of professional conduct, ethics, and trust
This is a great opportunity to join a niche team and provide both remote and face-to-face delivery of Project Management qualifications. You will be required to deliver onsite workshops once a month at their training centre in West Berkshire and travel will be required to learners.
