Options Resourcing Limited is seeking an experienced Project Management Tutor to join their team. As a Project Management Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to learners pursuing APM L4 Associate Project Manager Apprenticeships and Short Courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver effective training programs to meet individual learner needs.
- Assess and provide feedback to learners on their progress.
- Support learners in achieving Essential Skills in Digital Literacy and Numeracy.
- Lead informal discussions and exploration of latest trends and sharing experiences.
- Manage a caseload of learners, providing guidance and support throughout their Apprenticeship.
Requirements:
- Hold or be willing to work towards an Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA, or TAQA).
- Hold a Project Management related qualification (PRINCE2, APM, or similar).
- Have solid occupational competency in Project Management, with a minimum of 3 years' experience managing projects.
- Confident with Maths, English, and IT skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate a clear commitment to achieving results and improving performance.
