Job Summary:

Options Resourcing Limited is seeking an experienced Project Management Assessor/Tutor to join our team. As a Project Management Assessor/Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to learners pursuing Apprenticeships in Project Management Level 4 and short courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and assess learners in Project Management Level 4 and short courses
  • Support learners to achieve Essential Skills in Digital Literacy and Numeracy
  • Manage a caseload of learners, providing online and in-person support throughout their Apprenticeship
  • Plan and deliver effective training and assessment based on individual learner needs
  • Collaborate with the Programme Manager and team to develop high-quality delivery

Requirements:

  • Hold a Project Management related qualification, such as PRINCE2, APM, or similar
  • Have solid occupational competency in Project Management, with a minimum of 3 years' experience managing projects
  • Have experience of assessing Project Management (ideally)
  • Be confident in Maths, English, and IT skills
  • Demonstrate a clear commitment to achieving results and improving performance

What We Offer:

As a Project Management Assessor/Tutor with Options Resourcing Limited, you will have the opportunity to work with a niche team, providing both remote and face-to-face delivery of Project Management qualifications. You will be required to deliver onsite workshops once a month at our training centre and travel to learners as needed.
