Job Description

As a Conference and Group Booking Specialist at AccorHotel, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the booking and coordination of conferences and group events. This includes responding to enquiries, assisting with site inspections, compiling daily and weekly reports, and providing general office support.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to conference and group enquiries and follow up on them.
  • Assist with site inspections and compile daily and weekly reports.
  • Provide general office support and update the events calendar.


Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team, and strong organizational skills. You will also need to be able to take instructions and initiatives, have decent written English, and pleasant telephone manners.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year.
