Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at MG Scaffolding. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure HGV daily defect sheets are recorded and maintained.
  • Organise vehicle PMI's, MOT's, servicing, and other maintenance tasks.
  • Deal with vehicle accident claims and ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure TBT's, Scaffold inspections, and harness inspections are carried out in accordance with company procedures.
  • Update training matrices as required.
  • Work with the Branch Manager to process monthly applications for payment.
  • Update daily labour logs and holiday charts, and inform contracts managers of absences.

Requirements:

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literate with skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
