The successful candidate will assist Site Managers in ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, to budget, and to the highest quality workmanship.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing subcontractors and dealing directly with design teams and clients
  • Building and developing relationships with new and existing customers
  • Controlling projects to financial budget and ensuring accurate daily records are kept
  • Supporting quality control procedures and material procurement
  • Liaising with clients, design teams, and wider stakeholders

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and able to integrate with and play an active part in project teams.
