Child Development Assistant

About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Randstad Education. As a Support Worker, you will work closely with children who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) and provide individualized support and guidance to help them develop essential skills and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- supporting children with SEN in a variety of settings;
- developing and implementing personalized learning plans;
- working closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- a degree in a relevant field such as special education or child development;
- experience working with children with SEN;
- strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including continuing professional development opportunities and the opportunity to make a positive impact on children's lives.
