We are excited to announce that Randstad is currently seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our SEN support team as a Teaching Assistant. Located near Guildford, our pioneering SEN school offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.

Your Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for engaging and supporting students with diverse special educational needs, including those with challenging behaviours. You will also facilitate classroom activities, provide necessary personal care, and work closely with teachers to implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs).
Salary and Benefits:
This role carries a minimum salary of [£25,500 - £30,500] per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including ongoing professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive work environment.
