Job Title: Account Consultancy Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team at Fresh Egg. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for driving client engagement, satisfaction, retention, and growth for our top-tier and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic client relationships to ensure top-notch service delivery and impactful results.
  • Collaborate with the account team and clients to develop digital marketing strategies and business cases for further investment.
  • Identify and proactively create growth opportunities for our clients.
  • Work closely with our team of experts to deliver exceptional results and client experiences.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of account direction experience at a similar level.
  • Excellent written, verbal, planning, and organization skills.
  • Strong knowledge and experience within our digital channels.
