About the Role:

  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss accounts
  • Manage tax compliance, including VAT returns and PAYE
  • Provide bookkeeping services, including reconciliations and journal entries
  • Liaise with clients, companies house, and third parties to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
  • Perform company secretarial duties, including filing and maintenance of company records

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • AAT Qualified or Part Qualified with a solid background in accountancy practice
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of accounting software and systems, including Xero and QuickBooks
