Position Overview:

This role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities within the HR Business Partnering function, collaborating closely with the European HR team to support various client groups.

The position involves engagement in all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, onboarding processes, employee development, labor relations, compensation strategies, performance assessment, employee wellbeing, and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with the business to manage both strategic and operational HR functions.
  • Collaborate with the European HR team on multiple projects, promoting effective HR practices.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and advisory support to managers regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations, which may involve reviewing and updating policies and procedures.
  • Assist in learning and development initiatives.
  • Support employee communication efforts.
  • Manage HR activities related to organizational changes.
  • Contribute to HR projects and associated change management processes.
  • Initiate and manage changes within the Oracle HCM system.
  • Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and files.
  • Coordinate with payroll to support monthly payroll activities.
  • Oversee benefits administration and related tasks.
  • Engage with various external partners as necessary.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • CIPD certification.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and market practices.
  • Extensive experience in employee relations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively while also working independently.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Business Partnering capacity, ideally within an international context.
  • Proficient stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and exercise discretion.
  • Capability to operate at both operational and strategic levels.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly Oracle.
  • Proficient in the MS Office suite.
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and action-driven.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong business acumen.
