About the Role

As a Commercial Finance Business Partner at Equiniti, you will play a crucial role in driving financial insight and analysis to support key business decisions. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for providing high-quality analysis and management information to inform strategic planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial support and commercial partnering to the business, working closely with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Support the annual budget-setting exercise and provide financial analysis to inform business planning.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as required, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Fully qualified accountant through either the ICAEW, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with financial reporting systems (Workday and Adaptive Planning desirable).
  • Excellent relationship building, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Prior experience and knowledge of accounting processes.
