Equiniti Finance Business Partner Role

As a key member of the Equiniti finance team, the Finance Business Partner will play a crucial role in delivering financial insight and analysis to the business. This position will report directly to the Finance Director and will be responsible for providing high-quality analysis and management information to support key decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide financial support and commercial partnering to the business, working closely with stakeholders to identify and address financial risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts, including P&L, headcount, balance sheet, and capex.
  • Assess trends and risks within core activities, providing proactive recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Support the business through the annual budget setting exercise, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

  • Fully qualified accountant through either the ICAEW, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Proven analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Prior experience of delivering results in a challenging environment, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Strong Excel skills, with the ability to interpret financial information and identify drivers impacting business performance.
