Job Title: Road and Estates Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the adoption of new road and estates projects in the Midlands Region. This is a challenging opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, particularly within the construction industry. A deep understanding of road and estates development is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinating with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and local authorities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  2. Conducting site visits to assess project progress and identify potential issues.
  3. Developing strategies for managing budgets and resources.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, civil engineering).
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Estimated Salary Range: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum. A competitive salary and bonus scheme are also available.
