Job Title

A highly skilled Senior Project Manager is required to oversee the execution of large-scale projects from sales handover to customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster collaboration among internal and external engineering resources for seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain best practices within the project team, promoting continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and process refinement.
  • Provide strategic feedback to Sales and Technical teams on installation improvements, enhancing future project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years' experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager.
  • Strong knowledge of CAD, engineering drawings, and manufacturing principles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative office environment with occasional travel to customer sites.

**Estimated Salary:** Up to £42,000 per annum. Benefits include 25 days' holiday and a standard 38-hour workweek.
