Job Description

Bloor Homes - Design & Technical invites applications for the position of Road and Estates Adoptions Manager in our Tamworth office. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely adoption of areas and apparatus by statutory authorities through effective liaison and quality control.

Your primary focus will be on working with sub-contract labour to ensure they comply with our health and safety policies. You will also be required to accurately record costs incurred and communicate with the Commercial Department as needed.

To succeed in this position, you must have a strong understanding of the construction industry, particularly road construction, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in IT and budget management skills are also essential.

As a valued member of our team, you will benefit from a competitive salary range of £55,000-£75,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as various benefits, including holiday entitlement, bonus scheme, company car/car allowance scheme, and life assurance.
