Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Timing Solutions Ltd.
About the Role:
- Prepare, install, maintain, and repair company timing and GPS hardware in the workshop and at race circuits
- Liaise with venues to ensure equipment and timing infrastructure are in good working order; arrange installation or repairs as necessary
- Maintain timing and GPS systems to the company's high standards, including calibration and certification of equipment
- Liaise with the Operations Manager on equipment deployment at events
- Support motorsport events remotely or on-site as required
- Prepare and review documentation for technical equipment use
- Attend approved courses
Requirements:
- 2-3 years' experience in a technical environment
- Good analytical and fault-finding capabilities
- Practical skills, including soldering
- IT and networking skills, including Microsoft Office products
- Able to interpret technical documentation
